"In-Lighten Yourself"
But first, sit down and relax. How about a cup of Hot Cocoa to take off the chill?
I'll go mix you up a cup right now! Meanwhile, you can read the recipe my Daddy taught me when I was young.
Noel's Hot Cocoa
In a warmed mug put:
2 heaping teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1-3 rounded teaspoons sugar (to taste)
2 drops real ("pure") vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon heavy cream or 2 Tablespoons half & half
Mix with a spoon until well blended while heating a cup (8 ounces) of water to boiling.
Slowly stir the hot water into the chocolate "paste".
Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a dash of either cinnamon or cocoa.
Sit back and go "Ahhhhhh....."
Watch a short movie while the cocoa cools down enough to drink.
